Siliguri, 18th January: Ward Utsav ‘Prerona 2020’ commenced in Ward No. 32 of the Siliguri Municipal Corporation which will continue till January 28.
The festival was inaugurated through a procession where the ward’s elders and the students jointly participated. Ward Councilor Tapas Chatterjee was present during the event.
