Siliguri, 08th February: Ward Utsav ‘Nav Anand Jago’ commenced on behalf of Ward No. 23 Committee. In view of this, a delightful procession was organized, today.
The Utsav was inaugurated by the Chairman of Borough-III Committee Nikhil Sahani, Vishnu Saha, Madan Bhattacharya, and Amar Paul. Various cultural programmes have been organized in the Ward Utsav.
