Siliguri, 07th January: On Sunday, Ward Utsav “Deepayan” has begun in Ward No. 46 of Siliguri Municipal Corporation (SMC). The event was graced by the participation of Ward Councillor Dilip Barman and individuals from diverse communities.
Reportedly, several cultures, including Bengali, Nepali, and Rajbanshi communities were witnessed actively participating in a grand procession as a part of the event.
Speaking at the occasion, Councillor Dilip Barman introduced Ward Utsav “Deepayan” and added that various programs will be organized in the festival along with sports.
