Fulbari, 22nd January: Residents near Jatiakali witnessed a rare sight as a large group of vultures gathered in the local area.
According to local sources, the vultures have been attracted to a field near Jatiakali where animal carcasses are reportedly being disposed of. As a result, the birds are seen congregating in search of food. Most of the day, the vultures can be observed perched on boundary walls, electric poles, and open spaces.
Some residents noted that such large gatherings of vultures were not common in the area earlier. The sudden influx has raised concern among the local community about the unusual wildlife activity in the locality.
