Siliguri, 30th July: A video conference hall was inaugurated at Siliguri Municipal Corporation on Friday by SMC administrator Goutam Deb. BoA member Ranjan Sarkar, Commissioner Sonam Wangdi Bhutia, and other officials were present at the programme.
Goutam Deb said that the video conference hall has been set up temporarily as of now. The hall will be shifted to a new building later.
He further said that video conference hall is an important requirement in the present modern age. Besides, all the 5 boroughs of SMC will be connected with the hall and all the meetings will be organized.
