VHP and Bajrang Dal protest in Siliguri over Pahalgam terror attack, demand strict action

Siliguri, 23rd April: Members of the Vishva Hindu Parishad (VHP) and Bajrang Dal staged a protest in Hashmi Chowk, Siliguri on Tuesday, condemning the recent terrorist attack in Pahalgam, Jammu and Kashmir, which claimed the lives of 26 Hindu tourists.


Protesters raised slogans demanding strict action against the terrorists responsible for the brutal killings. The demonstrators also expressed anger over the rising attacks on Hindus and called for immediate intervention by the central government.

They further demanded the imposition of President’s rule in West Bengal, citing the recent violence in Murshidabad as a breakdown of law and order.


Members of the organizations asserted that attacks on Hindus, whether in Kashmir or Bengal, will not be tolerated and urged the Centre to take decisive steps to ensure safety and justice.
