Rajganj, 05th April: A unique funeral was witnessed in Rajganj’s Lakshmi Jamadar Gach Village under Binnaguri Gram Panchayat. Reportedly, family members of a 95-year-old woman gave a final goodbye to her with a grand celebration. The family of the deceased includes three sons, five daughters and grandchildren.
As per the information, the elderly woman died due to old age. When she was alive, she loved to spend her time in bliss. As per the wish of the deceased, the family members performed the last rites of her today with band music.
Satmohan Roy, the son of the deceased elderly, said that his mother died not of illness but of old age. When she was alive, she lived cheerfully with the whole family. Before her death, she wished to be cremated and bid goodbye with a band party. Thus, catering to her last wish, the family members have organized such unique event together.
