Fulbari, 19th July: The NJP police recovered the body of an unidentified woman from the Jorapani river in Chobavita area under Fulbari-1 gram panchayat, on Monday morning. The incident created a stir in the entire area.
It has been learned that the locals sighted the body floating in the river, this morning. Following which, the police were informed. Upon receiving the news, the NJP police reached the spot, recovered the body, and sent it to North Bengal Medical College and Hospital for an autopsy.
Police have started an investigation into the whole incident.
