Rajganj, 18th April: Sensation prevailed after the body of an unidentified woman was recovered from the area adjacent to Fulbari Mahananda Barrage under Phansidewa block.
On Sunday, some locals sighted the body floating while fishing in the said area. The incident was then reported to the Phansidewa police.
Police recovered the body and sent it to North Bengal Medical College and Hospital for autopsy. Police have started an investigation into the incident.
