Siliguri, 28th February: Sensation prevailed after the body of an unidentified person was recovered near the NJP station area. The police recovered the body and sent it to North Bengal Medical College and Hospital.
It was reported that locals sighted the body lying next to the Trinamool Party office in the said area on Friday morning and immediately informed the police.
According to police sources, the deceased was a rickshaw driver.
The police have launched an investigation into the incident.
