According to reports, on Saturday morning, the locals informed the police that the bodies of two persons had been spotted on the banks of Teesta River. Following this, the police arrived at the spot and initiated the removal of the bodies. Subsequently, after 12 hours of effort, both the bodies were recovered by the police.
