Sevoke, August 17th: A collision between two trucks this morning near Kalijhora along National Highway 10 resulted in a substantial traffic jam that persisted for several hours. Fortunately, both truck drivers sustained only minor injuries in the accident.
The incident occurred during the early hours of the day when two goods trucks collided near Kalijhora, leading to a significant disruption of traffic flow along National Highway 10. Commuters, especially those en route to work, were severely affected by the resulting traffic jam.
In response to the accident, police promptly mobilized their efforts to move the involved goods trucks to the side of the road. This effort allowed for the resumption of vehicle movement on the main road. The collision caused a traffic backlog stretching from Sevoke to Lohapul. Moreover, there was a surge of vehicles from Sevoke to the nearby Bagpul area, further exacerbating the congestion.
