Rajganj, 23rd September: Two pickup vans carrying tea leaves were involved in an accident on the Siliguri-Jalpaiguri National Highway on Monday evening near the Akarigach Sahu River Bridge area, close to Gandar More in Rajganj. Fortunately, no casualties were reported.
According to local sources, the vans were transporting tea leaves from Maynaguri to a tea factory near Fulbari when the accident occurred at the Sahu Bridge area.
Upon receiving information about the incident, Fulbari Highway Traffic Police promptly arrived at the scene and are currently engaged in efforts to recover the vehicles.
