Rajganj, 31st January: Sensation prevailed after two bodies were recovered in Ambari-Gajoldoba Teesta Canal.
According to local sources, two bodies were found floating at the lock gate of Mantadari gram panchayat of Ambari-Gajoldoba Teesta Canal in Rajganj block, on Monday evening. The dead bodies are of a woman and a teenager. The woman is approximately 32 years old and the teenager is 12 years old. Upon receiving the news, the Milnapally police arrived at the spot and recovered the bodies.
After the autopsy, the bodies were sent to North Bengal Medical College and Hospital. However, the identities of the deceased have not been found yet. Police have started an investigation into the whole incident.
