Siliguri, 21st October: The NJP police arrested a youth for alleged eve-teasing a woman in the Ambari area under NJP police station. The arrested accused has been identified as Mohammad Mozaffar Hossain. The woman lodged a police complaint against Hossain, who at that time was highly intoxicated.
Meanwhile, another youth, identified as Montu Biswas, was arrested on the charges of misconduct in the NJP Jabravita area under the influence of alcohol. Both were produced before the Jalpaiguri court on Wednesday.
