Bagdogra, 26th February: An incident of mishap surfaced from the Gosaipur area in Bagdogra where a cargo truck accidentally veered off the road and plunged into a roadside gutter.
According to reports, earlier on Monday, the vehicle was travelling from Krishna Nagar to Siliguri when it accidentally lost control and veered off the road. Subsequently, the vehicle plunged into a roadside gutter near a township on the side of the highway in Gosaipur.
Fortunately, no news of causalities or injuries was reported following the incident. Meanwhile, the Bagdogra police officials arrived at the spot and recovered the truck with the aid of a crane. The entire incident is currently undergoing further investigation.
