Rajganj, 24th March: Three people were injured in a head-on collision between a truck and a trailer at Fulbari on Wednesday afternoon. The incident surfaced from the Gathmabari area in Fulbari-Ghoshpukur National Highway under Fulbari-2 gram panchayat. The injured have been identified as Malik Mohammad (45), Ravi Gaur (45), and Dilip Barman (35).
According to local sources, a salt-laden truck lost control near the Fulbari bypass area due to a flat tire. The vehicle then collided head-on with a trailer coming from the opposite side. Two drivers and a local were injured in the incident.
Upon receiving the news, a fire engine and NJP Police arrived at the spot. The injured were rescued and rushed to a private hospital in Fulbari. Police have started an investigation into the whole incident.
