Rajganj, 18th March: Political activity in Rajganj has intensified ahead of the upcoming Assembly elections, especially following the denial of a ticket to four-time MLA Khageswar Roy, which has fueled discussion and debate in the area.
Amid this, Trinamool Congress leaders have expressed full confidence in securing victory. Trinamool leader and Jalpaiguri Sadar Assembly candidate Krishna Das said the party is poised to win the Rajganj constituency by a large margin. He added that the person who was denied the ticket has already lost at their own booth.
In a show of support for Trinamool candidate Swapna Barman, a massive bike rally was organized in Rajganj, generating significant enthusiasm among party workers and supporters.
Before the rally, participants visited Krishna Das’s residence, after which the bike rally commenced in support of Swapna Barman, covering various parts of the Rajganj area.
Trinamool workers and supporters participating in the rally claimed a strong victory and expressed confidence of winning with a substantial majority in the upcoming elections.
