Naxalbari, 18th July: Leaving other parties, several families joined the Trinamool Congress in a programme organized at Ketaburjote of Maniram zone under Naxalbari block. Everyone was inducted into the party by conferring the party flag.
Addressing the media, Trinamool Congress Party’s District Vice President Amar Singha said that about 150 families in Ketaburjote joined the Trinamool Congress after being impressed by the work being done in public interest on behalf of the state government.
On the other hand, a ‘Yogdan’ programme was also organized in Feknajote where about 60 families left other parties and joined the Trinamool Congress.
