Siliguri, 20th April: Trinamool Congress (TMC) candidate Gopal Lama from Darjeeling Lok Sabha constituency arrived at Siliguri Court for election campaign.
It has to be noted that in the second phase of Lok Sabha polls, voting would be held in Darjeeling Lok Sabha constituency on April 26. With a few days left for the voting, Gopal Lama has intensified efforts in campaigning at several locations under the constituency.
Reportedly, on Saturday, Gopal Lama accompanied by Siliguri Mayor Gautam Deb, Deputy Mayor Ranjan Sarkar, and Darjeeling District Trinamool Mahila Congress President Sushmita Bose Mitra appealed to the lawyers of the Siliguri Bar Association for vote and support. Additionally, Gopal Lama also urged the other eminent lawyers, general public, and clerks of the city to vote.
