Trinamool candidates begin election campaign in Rajganj’s Majhiali village with prayers at Bhadreshwar Temple

Rajganj, 22nd June: Trinamool Congress (TMC) candidate of Majhiali Zone of Rajganj today started the campaign for the upcoming Panchayat election by offering prayers at the historic Bhadreshwar temple. Notably, the Panchayat polls in West Bengal are scheduled for the 8th of July.


According to reports, TMC candidates of Majhiali Zone organized a party meeting in the said temple premises on Thursday afternoon. During this, the candidates of Panchayat Samiti and Zila Parishad offered prayers at the Bhadreshwar temple. During the meeting, Rajganj Block TMC President, Arindam Banerjee, District Primary School Council (DPSC) Chairman, Lakshya Mohan Roy, INTTUC leader Tapan Dey, TMC Zonal President Hemant Roy, and other leaders and party workers were present.

After the meeting, Rajganj block TMC president, Arindam Banerjee said that the election campaign have commenced with blessings from the Bhadreshwar temple in Rajganj. Additionally, the leader expressed confidence in the party’s positive performance in Majhiali Zone in the upcoming Panchayat election.
