Siliguri, 18th March: Many tourist centers have been closed in various places due to the coronavirus scare. The Gorkhaland Territorial Administration (GTA) has requested the tourists not to visit Darjeeling from March 19 – April 15.
The GTA, on Wednesday, held discussions with various hotel owners and tourism business associates. The GTA Chairman Anit Thapa requested the tourists not to come to Darjeeling, from tomorrow. Hotels have also been instructed to deny new bookings.
