Rajganj, 08th September: The Rajganj Block Trinamool Youth Congress (TMYC) hosts the day-night ‘Sampriti Cup’ football tournament at Ambari. The event took place on Sunday at the grounds of Chintamohan High School in the Binnaguri Gram Panchayat area of Rajganj Block.
This year the Sampriti Cup marks its fourth edition. A total of 16 teams from various local and district teams, as well as teams from different states, participated in the tournament. The tournament was inaugurated by Rajganj MLA Khageswar Roy. Winning and runner-up teams will receive trophies and cash prizes.
The event was attended by several dignitaries, including Rajganj MLA Khageswar Roy, Rajganj Panchayat Samiti President Rupali Dey Sarkar, Rajganj Block TMC President Arindam Banerjee, Rajganj Block TMYC President Tushar Kanti Dutta, and Binnaguri Gram Panchayat Pradhan Samijuddin Ahmed, among others.
