Siliguri, 15th March: The members of Trinamool Congress (TMC) in Siliguri organised ‘Mahamrityunjay Yagya’ and ‘Puja’ for the quick recovery of the State Chief Minister (CM) Mamata Banerjee.
Notably, on Thursday, the CM accidentally fell and suffered significant injuries on the forehead. Subsequently, the CM was admitted to the SSKM Hospital. Several stitches were placed on her forehead. At present, her condition is stated to be stable.
According to reports, after the incident, the members of TMC of Dabgram-Fulbari block and Darjeeling district Trinamool Chhatra Parishad performed ‘Mahamrityunjay Yagya’ in Ambikanagar and offered prayers at Shiva Temple on Kachari Road.
