Kharibari, 24th March: Ahead of the upcoming assembly elections, a gate meeting was organized by Trinamool Congress (TMC) at Gangaram tea garden, on Wednesday.
As per the report, TMC candidate from the Phansidewa assembly constituency Chhotan Kisku was accompanied by local activists and tea workers at the meeting.
The TMC candidate stated that under the leadership of Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee, the government has always worked for the public interest including tea labourers. He added that he is getting full support from the tea workers and is optimistic that TMC will win the polls, and the government will be formed with an absolute majority.
