Balurghat, 05th February: The Balurghat Trinamool Congress formed a human chain protesting against the Citizenship (Amendment) Act 2019 (CAA), National Register of Citizens (NRC) and National Population Register (NPR), on Wednesday.
The protest was staged at the Balurghat bus stand. District President Arpita Ghosh, Balurghat Town Committee President Subhas Chaki and many other activists were present during the event.
