Siliguri, 28th April: During today’s board meeting, Councillor Ranjan Shil Sharma once again spoke out against the actions of the Siliguri Municipal Board. Despite being a member of the Trinamool Congress, Sharma expressed his concerns regarding the board’s handling of tax, holding, and mutation issues.
The Mayor, Goutam Deb, appeared to be taken aback by the councillor’s criticisms of the ruling party’s Municipal Corporation. Nevertheless, the Mayor assured that he would carefully review all the concerns raised and take appropriate action as needed.
