TMC accused of vandalizing CPIM’s election office in Ward No. 31

Siliguri, 06th January: Trinamool Congress has been accused of vandalizing CPIM’s election office in Ward No. 31 of Siliguri. CPIM leaders approached the police regarding the incident.


Allegedly, some local TMC activists vandalized CPIM’s election office at School more in Ward No. 31, on Wednesday evening. Women activists were also threatened. Following this, the party leaders raised their voices protesting against the incident. A written complaint was lodged at the NJP police station on Thursday.

In this regard, CPIM’s Darjeeling district secretary Saman Pathak said that Trinamool is doing such activities as they know that they will lose the elections.


On the other hand, Trinamool has denied all allegations.
