Siliguri, 14th July: Three vehicles met with an accident at Gosai More in Bagdogra injuring 10 people this afternoon. The injured were rushed to North Bengal Medical College and Hospital.
According to sources, a small car was passing by the said area when a cow suddenly appeared on the road. While trying to avoid hitting the cow, the vehicle driver abruptly hit the brakes. By doing so, an army bus and another passenger bus, plying from behind, rammed into each other.
After the incident, the locals demanded to set up a traffic point at Gosai More. Bagdogra police also reached the spot and brought the situation under control.
