Siliguri, 04th April: Plainclothes police of Pradhan Nagar Police Station arrested three miscreants before they could carry out a criminal act in Siliguri. The arrested individuals have been identified as Sudha, Kabrul and Pale Khan.
According to information, on Friday night, a group of miscreants, possibly belonging to a gang, had gathered at a secluded location under Pradhan Nagar Police Station and were allegedly planning to commit a crime.
During patrolling, police personnel spotted them, prompting several miscreants to flee from the spot. However, three miscreants were apprehended from the scene.
All three were produced before a Siliguri court on Saturday. Police have launched a search for the remaining members of the group and have initiated further investigation into the matter.
