Siliguri, 03rd March: The police launched a campaign and arrested three miscreants from Siliguri before the occasion of Holi. The arrested individuals have been identified as Goutam Barman, Govind Das, and Deep Das. The police administration has been alert to avoid any untoward incident on the two-day festival, which falls on March 9-10. Meanwhile, special surveillance is also being kept by the Siliguri Police.
Meanwhile, the NJP Police has launched a special operation, before Holi. During the campaign, three miscreants were arrested from More Bazar near NJP. According to police sources, such campaigns will be conducted continuously until Holi. Meanwhile, the accused arrested have been presented in the Jalpaiguri court, today.
