Siliguri, 27th October: Based on a tip-off, the Siliguri police, on Sunday, launched operations at Jalpai more and arrested three men along with 1 kilo of brown sugar. The arrested accused have been identified as Kherul Nisha (43), Mohammad Nur Alam (28), and Mohammad Shaheen (40).
Reportedly, Kherul Nisha is a resident of Goalpatti in Ward no- 4 whereas Nur Alam And Mohammad Shaheen are residents of Tulsinagar, Matigara.
They were produced in court on Monday and have been taken into police custody for 7 days.
