Siliguri, 26th September: Misconceptions are being created regarding the new farm bill of the central government. During a press conference on Saturday, BJP state general secretary Sayantan Basu stated that all new steps taken in this concern have been done in the interest of the farmers.
He stated that the bill was enacted so that the farmers could sell their produce without any obligation. As a result, other political parties will not be able to put any pressure on the farmers. Besides, their means of earning has also been guaranteed through the MSP system.
