Rajganj, 26th March: Tension spread across Belakoba in Rajganj after allegations that police obstructed the installation of a Ram Navami flag. The incident triggered unrest among local residents.
According to local sources, work to install the flag at Battala More in Belakoba for Ram Navami was allegedly stopped by an on-duty police personnel. This led to anger among the locals, who gathered and protested around the officer.
Belakoba police reached the spot after receiving news of the unrest. They later brought the situation under control and removed the officer from the tense area.
