Fulbari, 03rd January: A teenage boy was found dead, hanging from a noose, in the Fulbari area, sending shockwaves through the local community. The tragic incident has left the family grief-stricken, with the parents reportedly inconsolable.
The incident occurred Saturday morning in Kanchanbari under Fulbari II Gram Panchayat. Police recovered the body of Biplab, an eighth-grade student, from his room.
Family sources stated that Biplab had no disputes with any family members, leaving relatives stunned over the reasons behind his drastic step. According to them, he had dinner with the family on Friday night and went to sleep as usual. On Saturday morning, after repeated calls went unanswered, family members forced open the door and found him hanging.
Upon receiving information, NJP police reached the spot, took the body into custody, and sent it for post-mortem at North Bengal Medical College and Hospital (NBMCH). Police have launched a detailed investigation into the matter.
