Siliguri, 17th January: The friendship between two teen girls through ‘TikTok’ took a different turn when one of them fled from Assam to Siliguri, in hopes of making a video together.
Between the duo, one is a resident of the NJP Police station area in Siliguri while the other is a resident of Lanka Police Station area in Upper Assam. The girls came across each other through the trending social media app TikTok.
The family members grew suspicious of the Assamese teen and informed the NJP Police about the incident. Upon receiving the report, the NJP Police is working closely with the Assam Police.
