Alipurduar, 14th November: A tea worker was injured in a leopard attack on Thursday morning at Bhatkhawa Tea Garden in the Kalchini block.
According to reports, the attack occurred in Section 11B of the tea garden. The leopard struck the worker, and after onlookers gathered, the animal fled.
After the incident, the injured worker was quickly rescued and transported to Latabari Rural Hospital, where he is currently receiving treatment.
