On Monday, Tata Motors declared that they have won an arbitrary tribunal award of Rs 766 crore as compensation for the loss incurred in the Singur Nano case.
According to reports, the tribunal appealed to the West Bengal Industrial Development Corp (WBIDC) to reimburse the compensation to Tata along with interest.
Earlier, Tata Motors had to shift its plant from Singur to Sanand in Gujrat due to a protest on land acquisition.
