Rajganj, 17th February: A special tableau has been inaugurated in Rajganj to raise awareness about various state government welfare schemes, including Yuva Sathi and Lakshmir Bhandar.
The inauguration took place on Tuesday at a camp in front of the BDO office-adjacent Fire Brigade Ground. The tableau was flagged off by ADM Raunak Agarwal, Zilla Parishad Chairperson Krishna Roy Barman, Rajganj MLA Khageswar Roy, Rajganj Panchayat Samiti sabhapati Rupali Dey Sarkar, BDO Sourabh Kanti Mandal, and other officials.
Also present were Rajganj Panchayat Samiti member Sarbani Dhara, social worker Arindam Banerjee, Majhiali Gram Panchayat Pradhan Sumit Dutta, Sukhan Gram Panchayat Pradhan Parimal Roy, among others.
Through this tableau, multiple government initiatives, including Yuva Sathi, Lakshmir Bhandar, and Khet Majdur projects, will be promoted among the general public.
ADM Raunak Agarwal said the tableau will travel across all blocks in the district, spreading awareness about the benefits and application process of various schemes. He added that the tableau will continue its journey across each block of the district until 26th February.
