Siliguri, 01st August: A spate of thefts in the Jaleswari Bazar area near Eastern Bypass has sparked concern among local traders in Siliguri. Over the past two days, several shops have reportedly been targeted by thieves.
According to local sources, another incident took place early Friday morning when miscreants broke into a car accessories shop near the Bypass and stole air conditioner wiring. Just two days earlier, the same shop had also been hit, with wires used for electrical work being stolen.
