Siliguri, 03rd April: The Matigara police station recovered a stolen bike within an hour of receiving the complaint and returned it to its rightful owner. The bike owner expressed heartfelt gratitude to the police for their swift action.
As per reports, bike owner Naveen Saibo had gone to Matigara for shopping on Tuesday. In a hurry, he left without locking his bike. Upon returning from the market, he found his bike missing. Despite searching extensively, he could not locate it.
On Thursday, Naveen filed a complaint at Matigara police station. Acting promptly, undercover cops launched an investigation based on his verbal complaint and began searching for the vehicle.
Within an hour, the police recovered the stolen bike from a deserted location. After completing legal formalities, the bike was handed back to Naveen, bringing a smile to his face.
