Siliguri, 14th April: State Tourism Minister Goutam Deb, on Tuesday, inspected the Siliguri’s Bengal Safari Park to ensure the animals inside the park premises are in proper health.
After the inspection, the Minister held discussions with the Park management and suggested proper nutrition should be provided to the animals. The Minister further held a meeting along with the Safari Park DAO Dharmadev Roy and the park officials.
The Minister also urged the Safari Park management to take special care and adopt strict precautionary measures to save the animals from COVID-19.
