Siliguri, 17th March: The State Tourism Minister Goutam Deb inaugurated several developmental projects in Siliguri today. The North Bengal Development Minister Rabindranath Ghosh was also present during the inauguration.
A mastic road, constructed at Aban Thakur Sarani under Ward No. 27 at a cost of around 17 lakh rupees was also inaugurated today.
Bench seats have also been set up at the Suryanagar grounds of Ward No. 23 under SMC. Besides, initiatives have also been taken to beautify the surrounding areas.
Minister Rabindranath Ghosh stated that more such works would be done in the future.
