Siliguri, 06th September: The State Health Department convened a meeting with the owners of drug rehabilitation centres in Darjeeling district on Friday. The session took place at the State Guest House in Siliguri.
During the meeting, it was revealed that many drug rehabilitation centres are operating without proper licenses. The Health Department officials provided information on licensing requirements and discussed various issues affecting these centres. They also guided the owners on the process of obtaining the necessary licenses. Approximately 50 drug rehab centre owners attended the meeting.
