Kharibari, 13th August: Based on a tip-off, the Panitanki A company jawans of the 41st Battalion of SSB arrested two men with brown sugar near Ambari Paper Mill. The arrested accused have been identified as Gopal Sarkar and Prem Kumar Lohar.
According to SSB sources, a search was conducted and 205 grams of brown sugar was recovered from their possession. Following this, the duo was arrested.
The recovered brown sugar and the two arrested individuals have been handed over to Ghoshpukur police station.
