Siliguri, 22nd April: Actor and MLA Soham Chakraborty and Minister Aroop Biswas campaigned in support of Trinamool Congress candidate Gopal Lama for the Darjeeling Lok Sabha constituency.
According to reports, Soham Chakraborty and Minister Aroop Biswas accompanied Gopal Lama in the campaign on an open hooded vehicle from Bidhan Nagar Petrol Pump. The event witnessed the presence of Roma Rashmi Ekka, Deputy Chairperson of the Siliguri Mahakuma Parishad, and TMC President Kajal Ghosh of the Phansidewa Block II.
In this regard, Aroop Biswas stated that people are congratulating and supporting the TMC. Further, he expressed confidence in winning the Darjeeling Lok Sabha seat.
