Siliguri, 06th September: In a joint operation of Special Operation Group (SOG) and Bagdogra Police, two persons namely Sunny Thakur and Tapan Singha were arrested near Bihar More, on Sunday. One 9 mm pistol, 2 rounds of live ammunition, a motorcycle, and one mobile phone have been seized from their possession.
After arresting the duo, the SOG team handed them over to the Bagdogra police. Both were produced at the Siliguri court today. The arrested have been taken into custody and necessary follow-up actions are being taken.
