Siliguri, 04th September: Several poor families are living under severe crisis due to the COVID-19 lockdown.
In view of this, social activist Madan Bhattacharya extended his helping hand towards several needy families in Siliguri Ward No. 28 Mazdoor Colony.
Bhattacharya, on Tuesday, handed over ration to three families in the area. Following this, he handed over ration to four other needy families on Friday. He also took the responsibility of providing medicines to an elderly man. He further assured of taking more such initiatives in the coming days.
