Siliguri, 06th February: Ashok Bhattacharya, the Mayor of Siliguri Municipal Corporation, inspected the shops burnt in the catastrophic fire at Rabindra Nagar More. During the occasion, the traders made various allegations against the Fire Department. The Mayor was also made aware of the various problems faced by the traders. The Mayor stated that he will send a letter to the Ministry for Fire Services regarding the incident.
It was reported that a catastrophic fire broke out at Rabindra Nagar More, in which 8 shops were burnt to ashes, on Wednesday morning.
