Siliguri, 10th April: Intending to create a much-needed awareness regarding COVID-19 among the general public, few Siliguri youths have adopted a unique initiative to raise awareness among the citizens.
On Friday, Ranjan, a resident of Dabgram, Siliguri painted various pictures on the streets of Siliguri Mahatma Gandhi Chowk (Airview More) to raise awareness among the general public. The government guidelines to promote practices like social distancing and proper hand-washing were also painted on the streets.
Ranjan stated that he would take more such initiatives in the future. Meanwhile, police personnel appreciated Ranjan’s initiative.
